"Anyone can recommend me a solo Muay Thai exercise?"
Hi, soon I will be on a work trip, there is no gym around, I would like to keep going though, preferably something I can do outside in nature.

“Hey there,
That’s good you’re still choosing to make time for training on your work trip. Respect for that!
I would say shadowboxing is your best friend.
Most importantly, variations of shadowboxing:
3 rounds prioritizing your attacking, setting up combinations and feints.
3 rounds focusing on defending, slipping, catching punches, and checking kicks.
3 rounds of thinking about your feet. Move. Think distance. Move off the angle. New angles. Long strikes. Keep that distance.
The only limit is your imagination.
Definitely try to get in a few runs and sprints to maintain your conditioning! Bring a skipping rope, watch fights.”
