How to rid bad habits Jaimeson's way?
Meet u/jaimesonbnepia
"One of the main benefits of martial arts for me is that it’s forced me to consolidate my life to fit in regular training. Muay Thai is a very demanding sport."

This is a very good insight into a way to remove bad habits.
When you fill your life up with the good things,
there's no longer space for the bad things.

A way of cutting out bad habits is not to focus on the bad habit itself,
but to focus on the good habit, and everything will fall into place.
Examples:
Training in 2 hours>Not wanting to feel sick during the session>Not drinking that triple chocolate milkshake>Eating something lighter like a piece of fruit>BOOM!
Co-workers invite you to drinks Friday night>Have sparring Saturday morning>Want to perform well>Decides to make own food and have an early night>BOOM!
