The 3 components of a complete fighter.

Why Muay Thai is so demanding but SO rewarding

There is a reason why combat is the best sport to train.

To be a successful fighter you need to have the 3 components.

IQ, Mental Toughness, and Physicality.

This sport forces you to be all 3. For example, you can't just be smart and fit to where you crumble when it gets tough! You can't be a brute who's fit and tough with no IQ, you'll get out-boxed and picked apart by a more intelligent fighter. You cannot be smart and tough, but massively overweight and unable to make it past a round!

You must be Smart, Fit, and Tough.

“In translation, your mind, body, and heart (will to win) must all be in tune to work in unison. No corners can be cut. Understanding this practice can be greatly beneficial to your life outside the gym. Training in combat sports not only puts you in great physical condition but also empowers you to approach stressful situations with a clear mind, knowing you have the grit and confidence to tackle them at 100%.”

This is why martial artists have an edge over other athletes. Muay Thai is not just physically demanding, it is also demanding of your soul. This is the sport of health, and you're trying to steal that from your opponent.
